1. THE FLASH RESET
ONE SESSION - 2/4 HOURS
FLAGSHIP SESSION
The Flash Reset diagnoses how you and your team actually operate, and begins unlocking a more powerful way of thinking..
The session moves through three distinct stages, each building on the last.
The Current State: Working under constraint, with no interference. Working patterns become visible, strengths, gaps and everything in between.
The Desired State: A series of adjustments where we identify what must change to reach a higher state of performance. Creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical clarity activate in ways no whiteboard session ever reaches.
The Collective: A shared build with no assigned roles, no hierarchy and no script. Leadership, communication, and friction surface naturally revealing how the group actually works in a way no team survey ever could.
The session closes with a structured debrief.

2. THE DEEP RESET
FOUR SESSIONS - 2/4 HOURS

One session creates a shift. Four sessions change how you and your team work.
Each programme is built specifically around you and your team, their challenges, their dynamics and what’s getting in the way. Different materials, different constraints.
Real change needs time. Each session builds on the last for the shift to be permanent.
